These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the online course(s), which can include videos, text, graphics, PDFs, prompts, templates, workflows, and other material content, or services (collectively “Course”) provided under the website at: coachmav.teachable.com


By purchasing and accessing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree and accept these Terms of Service, do not proceed with enrollment or the purchase the Course.


1. COACH MAV INFORMATION

2. COURSE ACCESS

When you purchase the Course, you receive:

Access for as long as the course exists.

This means:

  • You may access the materials as long as Coach Mav continues to host, maintain, or offer the Course.
  • Coach Mav may update, modify, or move the Course at any time with or without notice.
  • Coach Mav may change, migrate, or restructure the Course as needed at any time with or without notice.
  • Coach Mav may retire, sunset or discontinue the Course with or without notice.

Access to the Course is not a lifetime access. Coach Mav does not guarantee permanent availability to the Course.


3. REFUND POLICY

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy.

We offer no refunds of any kind under any circumstances and all sales are final.

Because this is a digital product that provides instant access to a proprietary Course, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances or for any reasons provided, including but not

limited to:

  • Not completing the Course
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the content
  • Failure to achieve desired results
  • Financial inability or hardship
  • User error, technical issues, or inability to access the platform
  • Not using or accessing the Course materials

By accessing the Course, you acknowledge that:

✔ You agree to this No Refund Policy

✔ You waive any right to chargebacks or payment disputes


4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LIMITED LICENSE

Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under these Terms of Service, Coach Mav owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to all Course and to any modifications to the Course developed in whole or in part including any derivative works, patches, revisions, updates related thereto and any intellectual property rights therein.

You agree NOT to copy, rent, lend, sublicense, share, sell, distribute, repurpose, reproduce, repost, create derivative works of any Course.

Upon access to the Course, Coach Mav grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Course for your personal education purposes only.


5. PAYMENT & BILLING

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, via Teachable’s payment infrastructure.

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize charges to your payment method
  • Pay the full purchase price

We are not responsible for payment failures, bank errors, chargebacks, or fees.


6. NO GUARANTEES OR PROMISES OF RESULTS

This Course provides education and training only and does not guarantee any outcomes.

The Course does not guarantee any particular result, such as:

  • Improved grades
  • Better job performance
  • Business results
  • Income, revenue, or financial gain
  • Any specific outcome

Your results depend on your effort, skills, and application of what you learn.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your outcomes.


7. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must:

  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Not share your login with others
  • Not allow others to access the Course under your account

Sharing accounts is grounds for termination of access without refund.


8. COURSE UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS

We may update, modify, expand, or remove Course content at any time.

These changes may include:

  • Adding modules
  • Removing outdated content
  • Updating videos
  • Changing tools or instructions
  • Reorganizing lessons

You are not entitled to previous versions once updates occur.


9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may terminate or restrict access immediately and without notice for any reason, but not limited to:

  • Any breach of these Terms of Services
  • Intellectual property theft
  • Any threat to the security, integrity, functionality, of availability of the WEBSITE;
  • Chargeback or payment is reversed or refunded
  • Harassment or misuse
  • Illegal activity

No refunds will be provided upon termination.


10. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coach Mav (“Indemnified Party”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of, or relating to:

  • You access to, use of, or inability to use the WEBSITE and Course:
  • Any violations by you of these Terms of Service;
  • Any misuse, reliance upon, or interpretation of the Course;
  • Any interaction, transaction, or relationship formed between you and any third party through or in connection with the WEBSITE or Course;
  • Any claim that your use of the Course infringes or violates any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.

You agree that your indemnification obligations are absolute and unconditional and shall apply regardless of the theory of liability, including but not limited to breach of contract, tort, negligence (ordinary or gross), strict liability, statutory liability, or otherwise.

You further agree that the Indemnified Party shall have the right to control the defense and settlement of any claim subject to this indemnification, at your expense, and that you will fully cooperate in such defense. This indemnification will survive any termination of these Terms of Service.

All content materials and information provided through the Course are supplied solely for educational and informational purposes. The content is not intended as professional advice, guidance or services and should not be relied upon as such.

We do not provide:

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER

In no event shall Coach Mav be liable to any party for any damages of any kind arising out of, use of, or related to the Course. Coach Mav’s total aggregate liability under this Terms of Service and for your use of, and access to the Course is zero dollars ($0). By accessing the Course, you hereby waive all claims for damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Course.


12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to the conflict of law provisions thereof that would result in the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction. Any legal suit, action or proceeding relating to these Terms of Service must be instituted in the federal or state courts located in Travis County, Texas.
